partypoker Big Game IV This Weekend

partypoker Big Game IVpartypoker’s Big Game IV is set to begin this Sunday at the Les Ambassadeurs Club in Mayfair in London and the lineup of the event is massive. Poker pros keep lining up to compete in the event and it is looking like the competition is going to be fierce.

First off Tony G invited mystery poker pro Isildur1 to compete in the event and according to Tony G, Isildur1 accepted! So we all should find out who the mystery poker pro is, unless he decides to hide his identity. Either way it will be exciting to see the poker pro competing at a live table.

Also competing in the event is Robert Williamson III, Andrew Feldman, Phil Laak and his girlfriend Jennifer Tilly, Roland de Wolfe, Neil Channing, Barny Boatman and Dusty Schmidt. A few young players will be competing as well. Justin Bonomo, Luke Schwartz and Isaac Haxton will be seated at the felt.

Other players scheduled to compete are: David “Viffer” Peat, Bodo Sbrzesny, James Mitchell, Simon “Schnibl0r” Münz, Roberto Romanello, Andy Greekfish, Laurence Grondin, Jake Cody, Sam Trickett, Josh Gould, Richard Wheatley, and Paul Simbler.

The cash game event is going to be very interesting as players get to enter the tournament to their own theme music. Many have already chosen what song they will be entering with and many are very interesting. Jennifer Tilly will be coming out to Man Eater by Hall and Oates while Roland de Wolfe will be coming out to Duran Duran’s Hungry Like the Wolf. Tony G has chosen Queen’s Bicycle Race while Schmidt has chosen Kanye West’s Flashing Lights.

Once the poker tournament begins it will really get interesting. Every two hours players who are seated will vote for one player at the table to be banished and replaced by someone else. Someone else will also replace a player once they have been busted until only one player remains. The event is going to be recorded and then televised in Europe later this year.
